We use Shippo to manage our logistic needs when it comes to shipping and tracking your orders. Our goal is to be efficient and sustainable so our bi-weekly shipping schedule is a good start but in some cases we can handle fulfillment sooner if specified. Recycling options include customers having a quick discussion or form fill out to sort shipping and handling of used candled to our business location. Everybody is different when it comes to what they prefer so we offer options! For example; we could send you a shipping label and have you package it all yourself, maybe you prefer to have us arrange for you to drop it off with usps or ups , or perhaps you'd like one of our personal assistants to pick it up from you if you are near the businesses location for a small fee (Our business is based in Arcade, NY). Once we recieve your candle we can arrange drop off to your specified address BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY.

Having a straightforward refund or exchange policy with USPS allows us to meet our clients where they are. Primarily their could be concerns or issues with this process and it is our duty and obligation to help, refund or replace when we can. All cases will be handled individually as they arise and all users will be accomadated pertaining to their specific return, refund or replacement needs by FollowingPersephone. Please note we are not responsible for acts of god like heat waves deforming products but we will be mindful of packaging that could potentially negate that risk.

We have the Recyle My Candle: Roses program launched and ready to go but now we are excited to be partnering with Mabels Handmade Provisions to provide custoners access to even more self care products and goodies. Through our partnership we encourage customers to come for the self care products and leave for the cupcakes! A) Hand made and crafted bath and body products that bring comfort and joy. Most items are derrived of sugars or salts and for topical care only. Scrubbing or soaking approved.

B) Recyling my candle a step by step guide. 1) Customer makes order. 2) FollowingPersephone procides customer with customized shipping options to retrieve candle. 3) Customer follows those instructions and sends 4-6 candles per order. 4) FollowingPersephone confirms reciept of said candles to customer. 5) One of our assistants will bring vinegar water to a boil while your candle container sits inside, once the candle wax is liquidated we poor into our Rose molds and allow them to cool. A standard order will likely consist of one solid color for the Rose wax melts or 2 colors if you provide different colored candles, however, there is another option that gives us creative artisianal freedom to make your Rose Melts interesting. We may take personal requests if they are mentioned during your order process but it must occur before the pour occurs. 6) One of our assistants will scrub the candle container clean of residue and stickers unless instructed NOT to and then package everyhing up together. 7) We get your package to you BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY.
